What time can I show up?

Feel free to arrive whenever you like! The sale kicks off at 9 am, and we’ll let groups of 15 to 20 inside at a time, depending on the house capacity.
Since estate sales often involve lines and unpredictable weather, we recommend checking our social media if you'd rather skip the wait. We’ll post an update as soon as the line clears so you can walk straight in.
Are the prices negotiable?

Prices are firm as marked. Since these rates are set in agreement with the family, we aren't able to negotiate or offer discounts.
What about furniture? Will you help me move it my vehicle?

Buyers are responsible for moving large items, like furniture, from the home to their vehicle.
Don't worry about rushing, though—you don't have to take them immediately. We usually schedule a pickup time after the sale so you have a chance to arrange a truck or grab a few extra hands to help.
What form of payment do you take?

We happily accept cash, debit, credit and e-transfer.
